Mother Wrapping

The Ritual of Closing & Restoration
In lots of cultures around the world, the postpartum period ends with a ritual "closing." After the "opening" of pregnancy and birth, this session helps bring you back to yourself.

Why it’s important: Birth is a physically and energetically expansive experience. Mother Wrapping (using traditional cloth scarves or mexican rebozos) provides a sense of physical containment, warmth, and grounding, helping you to "seal" the birth experience and return to your own body completely.

What to expect: A quiet, nurturing session involving heat, gentle touch, and the rhythmic wrapping of the hips and body. It is a profound moment of stillness that acknowledges the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next

Part of The Circle of Holding

Honouring the transition to motherhood through ceremony and connection.

While birth is a physical event, it is also a profound rite of passage. These offerings are designed to create a "village" of support around you.

A Note on Inclusivity: These ceremonies are secular and rooted in human connection. They are designed to complement and respect all faiths, spiritualities, and personal belief systems.
