Exclusive Photography Opportunity

We are lucky enough to be joined by Kylie Brewer, a wonderful local pregnancy and newborn photographer! She will be capturing beautiful, candid moments of our afternoon together. Mums will also have the exclusive opportunity to book a mini-shoot on the day (Limited slots) or arrange a future full session directly with her.

If you have attended Prenatal Yoga with The Mother Rite you get free admission but the Goody bag is a small additional charge.

You may choose to bring a picnic blanket and a cushion for your comfort.

No, I hold a variety of Gentle Yoga sessions for all levels and for everyone - beginners included. I recommend that Mums attend my specialised Prenatal & Postpartum sessions.

Yes! Yoga is about connecting to your body, although it will help to improve your mobility and strength over time, my sessions are designed to help you feel at home in your body. If you have a health condition you will need to check with your doctor beforehand to make sure Yoga is suitable.

Yoga is not a religion. The spiritual aspects that Yoga provides are tools for spiritual growth and wellbeing. All faiths are welcome.

A Birthkeeper aka doula, is a dedicated professional who provides holistic, continuous, emotional, educational and practical support to families during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. It is not a medical role and is offered independently of the maternity system.
