The Birth Network North Wiltshire's Baby Show is the perfect event for parents, both expectant and those with babies and toddlers, to explore a wide range of local services and organisations dedicated to pregnancy, birth, and baby care. Whether you're expecting or already navigating parenthood, this event offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with experts, discover helpful resources, and find products to make your journey smoother.
Have you ever thought about becoming a breastfeeding peer supporter? It’s a rewarding role that allows you to provide guidance and encouragement to new mothers who may be navigating the challenges of breastfeeding. As a peer supporter, you’d share your own experiences, offer practical tips, and provide emotional support, helping others feel more confident in their ability to breastfeed. Not only would you be making a real difference in the lives of families, but you’d also be part of a community dedicated to promoting healthy practices and empowering new parents. Plus, the skills and connections you gain can have a lasting impact on your personal and professional growth.
What a wonderful event. I met so many beautiful families and seeing all those gorgeous pregnant bumps in one place always brings fond memories of my own pregnancy journeys. A pleasure to chat to you all and it was brilliant to see so much interest in Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga.
Thank you to everyone who attended. It was wonderful to get so many birthworkers, mothers and parents-to-be into these exclusive screenings in Bath. If you would like me to arrange more screenings please get in touch.
There seems to be an ever-growing obsession with wellness and the pursuit of perfect health and balance, don’t you think? Everywhere you turn, there's that new fitness trend promising to unlock the ultimate state of well-being from reformer pilates to hyrox to shy girl workouts. But here’s the thing: does it ever feel like too much? Does the pressure to achieve this "perfect" version of yourself ever just totally weigh on you? Do you find your inner dialogue saying “I must do more yoga!” Or perhaps pressure to practice perfectly becomes it's own kind of stress - distracting you and robbing your sense of peace?
How did you find your calling? Was it whispered to you in a dream, or did you always just know deep down? For me, it wasn’t an immediate spark of recognition, but rather a slow, unfolding journey—one that I can now see was always guiding me in a certain direction.
